Refund policy

At Gigi's Craft Bowtique, each journal gift box is lovingly handmade and carefully curated. Because of the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we have a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unopened and in original condition
• Items must be in their original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase

Non-returnable items:

• Opened gift boxes
• Customized or personalized orders
• Items marked as final sale

To start a return, please contact us at gigiscraftbowtique@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how to send your package back.

Damages & Issues: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos so we can make it right.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
